Head of Sales

I am looking for Head of Sales from FX/CFD/crypto with 5 years of sales experience, who has personally worked in direct/retail sales, managed 10–30+ salespeople, owns revenue/deposits/trading volume, has VIP/HNW experience, experience with call-centre and has built IB/affiliate/partnership channels. Strong in sales funnels, CRM, KPIs and data-driven performance management, while still being capable of personally closing major deals. Requirements: • 5+ years in Sales, preferably FX/CFD, Crypto, OTC, Fintech or Payments • Proven sales leadership and revenue ownership • Experience with VIP clients and partnerships • Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills • Fluent English • Existing industry network is a strong advantage. Location: Cyprus, UAE, India. Fixed salary + performance-based bonus.
