Duct Guys Team is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to become an important part of our growing company. This is more than a recruiting position, you’ll be responsible for helping us build, support, and grow our team from A to Z. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Manage the complete recruitment process from A to Z, Find and attract qualified candidates for open positions, Screen candidates and conduct professional interviews, Manage the hiring and onboarding process, Conduct and coordinate employee training, Prepare, explain, and follow up on employment contracts, Ensure contracts and HR documentation are completed and signed on time, Maintain strong communication with employees and management, Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
