Influencer Affiliate Specialist

We’re looking for an Influencer Affiliate Specialist to join our team and lead partnerships with content creators, streamers, Telegram channels, influencers, and other affiliate partners for a US Sweepstakes Casino project. What we’re looking for ▫️3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing within iGaming, social casino, or related verticals. ▫️ Proven experience promoting US Sweepstakes Casino offers (mandatory). ▫️ Strong track record of sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and scaling partnerships with content creators, streamers, Telegram communities, Discord communities, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and other influencer channels. ▫️Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership models. ▫️Ability to identify high-potential partners, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term strategic relationships. ▫️Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, optimizing KPIs, and maximizing ROI. ▫️Experience using affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools to monitor partner performance. ▫️Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice to have ▫️Existing network of US-based influencers, streamers, Telegram owners, and affiliate partners. ▫️Experience launching influencer campaigns for Sweepstakes, Casino, Sports Betting, or other regulated gaming products. ▫️Understanding of US Sweepstakes regulations and compliance requirements. ▫️Experience attending or networking at major iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, Affiliate Summit, etc.).
