Investment Director

📍 Dammam, KSA Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field • MBA or master's degree from a leading international institution preferred • CFA Charter holder or CFA Level III completed (mandatory) • 12 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, principal investments, or real estate investing • Strong experience with real estate investments, funds, JV structures, SPVs, and transaction execution • Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills • Strong knowledge of the Saudi investment and real estate market • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skill
