Junior Lawyer / Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Responsibilities - Draft, review, and amend contracts and NDAs - Work with Affiliate, Payment Provider (PSP), and Service Agreements - Support negotiations and communicate with counterparties - Identify contractual risks and escalate complex cases to the Legal Team Lead - Support KYC / KYB, corporate documentation, and basic legal research - Maintain contract registers and legal documentation Requirements - 1+ year as a Junior Lawyer / Legal Counsel / Legal Assistant - iGaming / betting experience is required - Experience with Affiliate, PSP, and Service Agreements is required - Understanding of contract law and basic corporate law - Upper-Intermediate+ English, including legal English - Attention to detail, good communication, ability to multitask Will be a plus - KYC / KYB knowledge - Experience with international counterparties Working conditions - Office work format - Competitive compensation - Friendly and professional team - 21 working days of vacation
