Junior/Middle Marketing Campaign Operations Manager

Brainsome is looking for the Junior/Middle Marketing Campaign Operations Manager! 🔥Format: office work 🔥Location: Limassol, Maximous Plaza Your Responsibilities: 🔹Launch, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns on our internal monetization platform. 🔹Set up campaign flows using Redirects, Coreg, API Reject, Surveys, Interstitials, and other traffic routing mechanics. 🔹Create and update simple landing pages and creatives using AI tools and internal templates. 🔹Monitor campaign performance and key monetization metrics, identify anomalies and optimization opportunities. 🔹Implement campaign updates and optimizations based on performance and business requirements. 🔹Collaborate with Growth Managers, developers, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and continuously improve operational processes. Your Experience: ✔️Russian language - C1/C2 ✔️Experience in Lead Generation from 1 year ✔️Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify meaningful changes. ✔️Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. ✔️Ability to follow structured processes while understanding the logic behind them. ✔️Comfortable working with performance metrics and making data-driven operational decisions. ✔️Ability to learn new technical systems and internal tools quickly. ✔️Basic English sufficient to read interfaces and documentation.
