Key Account Manager

We build advanced payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs, and neobanks across the EU and the UK. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our merchants, help them get the most out of our solutions, and grow alongside a fast-moving international fintech team. What we’re looking for: ⚡️ 1+ year of experience in a B2B client-facing role ⚡️ Banking, payments or fintech experience is a big plus ⚡️Fluent English What's Needed: What You'll Do: • Manage daily deposits and withdrawals (Wire, SEPA, Cards, E-wallets) • Perform daily bank and PSP reconciliations & resolve stuck payments • Monitor PSP success rates, analyze KPIs, and automate workflows
