Lead Data Scientist

We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist with experience in: • 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products • Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics • Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems • Advanced Python and SQL skills • Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics • Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets • Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams • Native Russian speaker 🌟Nice to have: • AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource • MLOps, AWS/GCP/Azure • LLMs & GenAI
