Lead FullStack Engineer

GoMining is one of the largest Bitcoin mining ecosystems in the world, serving millions of users globally, with its own industrial-scale mining infrastructure and data center operations. You will lead a small engineering team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists and are expected to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality and development velocity. ☑️ Чем предстоит заниматься -Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs -Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards -Write production-ready code and actively use AI tools to accelerate development -Solve complex technical challenges and improve system reliability -Lead code reviews and maintain code quality across the team -Mentor engineers and help increase team productivity -Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams -Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices ☑️ Наши пожелания к кандидатам -7+ years of software engineering experience -Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript -Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems -Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns -Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines -Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions -Strong hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the code -Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development -English B2/C1 -Nice to have: experience with React or Angular; RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and GitOps; Web3 or blockchain products; integrating LLM APIs and AI capabilities into products
