Lead QA Engineer (Backend / Manufacturing Platform)

Looking for a strong Lead QA Engineer to take ownership of QA for a manufacturing management platform, with the current focus on a production line scheduling application. Must-have: 5+ years of QA experience, Lead/Senior QA background, experience organizing and owning QA processes, backend testing, Linux, Docker, cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), ability to work with incomplete requirements, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools. Nice to have: experience building QA processes from scratch and mentoring QA engineers, AI agents, SAP/ERP, mobile testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and startup experience.
