Legal Counsel - Юрист

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including standard agreements, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and internal legal templates. Providing of full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, partners programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector. Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across different GEOs. Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters, contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s or/and Master’s degree in Law. 2–3 years of legal experience (either in-house or at a law firm), in iGaming is a must. Sound understanding of contract law and commercial arrangements. Strong legal drafting skills in both English and Russian. Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory): Experience working with influencers, sponsorship agreements, or ambassador contracts. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) is an advantage. Experience participating in negotiations and the ability to articulate and defend legal positions clearly and confidently.
