Marketing & Website Manager

🏢 Web Design Sun - Spain | 🌍 Remote We are looking for a Marketing & Website Manager (SEO & Link Building) 🚀 💼 Responsibilities: — Drive inbound marketing initiatives to increase website traffic and lead generation — Manage and update website content in WordPress, ensuring quality and brand consistency — Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies and monitor performance using Ahrefs and similar tools — Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new link-building opportunities — Build, organize, and maintain databases of donor websites for outreach campaigns — Execute link-building activities, including guest posting, outreach, crowd marketing, and directory submissions — Collaborate with developers and designers to improve website performance and technical SEO — Prepare and assign SEO-related tasks to content managers — Manage social media presence and contribute to brand awareness initiatives — Track marketing and SEO KPIs and report results to management 🧠 Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Link Building — Experience with inbound marketing and website optimization — Hands-on experience managing websites with WordPress — Practical experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO platforms — Strong understanding of website quality metrics and link-building opportunities — Confident use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel — Strong organizational and project coordination skills — Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail — Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity — English — B2+ — Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native — Residence outside Russia & Belarus 💫 Nice to have: — Strong understanding of advanced SEO and link-building principles (anchors, relevance, link quality) — Experience with Google Search Console and basic HTML — Experience with technical SEO optimization — Ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities — Experience with content marketing or copywriting 🎁 We offer: — 20 paid vacation days + 5 sick days + additional days off — Opportunity to influence the company's marketing strategy and online growth — AI-first culture and a collaborative environment — Career growth opportunities within the marketing team CVs in DM
