Merch and Event Manager

This role entails working in two directions — creating merchandise for company employees and partners, and supporting the company’s participation in conferences and events! Tasks: - Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users; - Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team; - Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia; - Working with factories, controlling orders and production; - Collaborating with logistics companies; - Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events; - Coordinating booth preparation, branded materials, and merch distribution for events. Our expectations: - Work experience in merchandise, events, operations, or coordination; - Fluent in both English and Russian; - Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends; - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of many moving parts; - Proactive mindset and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders.
