Middle Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager for the Argentine market, with further expansion across LATAM. Responsibilities: ✅ Search, negotiate, and sign partners across three channels: B2B webmasters (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), influencers and streamers (Twitch/YouTube/Kick/IG), and SEO webmasters. ✅ Agree on commercial terms: CPA rates, RevShare %, hybrid deals, fixed fee + bonuses for streamers. ✅ Manage the partner pipeline from first contact to signing and onboarding. ✅ Monitor traffic quality: FTD rate, retention, fraud detection, and removal of low-quality partners. ✅ Communicate with partners, maintain relationships, and develop existing deals. ✅ Work with the tracking platform. ✅ Analyze partner performance. ✅ Participate in LATAM iGaming conferences. ✅ Work with automation: use of AI agents (experience is a plus). Requirements: ✅ 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager in iGaming (casino/sportsbook). ✅Must have: proven experience working with the Argentine market — knowledge of local networks, key webmasters in AR, Spanish-speaking streamers, and regional funnel specifics; and an existing partner base in AR. ✅Understanding of metrics: FTD, NGR, ARPU, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV. ✅English B1+. ✅Self-sufficiency and ability to manage 50+ active partners simultaneously. Nice to have: • Experience with Tier-2 LATAM (Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia) — for expansion after AR. • Cases with performance results (can show numbers from previous projects). • Being based in Warsaw and readiness to work in an office.
