We’re looking for a Recruiter We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who feels confident managing full-cycle recruitment independently and enjoys working with international markets. You’ll work closely with international hiring managers, support business growth in emerging markets, and contribute directly to building strong commercial teams. ▪️What you’ll be doing ▫️Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia ▫️Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels ▫️Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit ▫️Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and keeping the process moving ▫️Maintaining a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline ▫️Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights ▫️Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience ▪️We’d love to see ▫️3+ years of recruitment experience ▫️At least 1 year of experience in international hiring ▫️Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles ▫️Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets ▫️Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer ▫️Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills ▫️Good organizational skills and ownership mindset ▫️Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher ▫️Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools ▫️Russian language skills would be a plus ▫️Fintech experience would be a strong advantage ▪️Why you might enjoy working with us: ▫️International hiring exposure across fast-growing markets ▫️Opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders ▫️Startup energy with real opportunities to grow ▫️High level of trust and autonomy ▫️Clear goals and visible recruitment impact ▫️Friendly, supportive team that works hard but keeps things human
