Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can build clear processes, improve coordination across teams, and make internal operations more structured and transparent. What you’ll do: — Build and improve operational processes — Coordinate work across teams — Track tasks, deadlines, and ownership — Identify blockers and help resolve them — Document key decisions and agreements — Prepare clear status updates and reports for management What we’re looking for: ✔️ 3+ years of experience in Operations / Business Operations / Project Management ✔️ Experience building processes from scratch ✔️ Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities ✔️ Strong organizational and analytical skills ✔️ Fintech / IT / digital experience is a strong plus ✔️ Fluent English ✔️ Russian is a plus
