Payment Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to keep client transactions running smoothly and securely across our payment ecosystem. What you'll do: 🔹 Monitor & support deposits/withdrawals 🔹 Troubleshoot transaction issues 🔹 Liaise with PSPs (Telegram, email & more) 🔹 Spot fraud/abuse via transaction analysis 🔹 Help optimize payment processes What we're looking for: ✅ 1–3 years relevant experience (payments/PSP/fintech a plus) ✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills ✅ Confident in Excel/Google Sheets ✅ English B1+, Ukrainian/Russian ✅ Great communicator, proactive team player ✅ Eager to grow in payments 💳 Interested?
