Pre-Sales Specialist

What you'll do: • Process and qualify inbound leads via website, email, chat, and messengers • Collect client requirements, maintain CRM records, and schedule meetings for the Sales team • Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and high response standards Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Support, or similar • English B2+, native Russian, experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) • Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and customer-focused mindset
