Our white-label payment gateway, payment orchestration platform, and growing suite of payment products help businesses launch, scale, and optimise their payment infrastructure. We’re looking for a Product Content Specialist to become the voice of our products and turn complex payment technology into clear, engaging, and valuable content for clients and prospects. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: - Own the content strategy for paytech’s products and platform modules - Write feature announcements, release notes, and product updates - Create educational blog posts about payment technology, industry trends, and platform capabilities - Develop website copy for products, features, and landing pages - Produce LinkedIn posts and other product-focused marketing content - Transform technical documentation into clear, customer-friendly content - Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand new functionality before launch - Interview internal teams to uncover useful product stories and insights - Build messaging that clearly explains how our products solve real business challenges - Create sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, brochures, and presentations - Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across all product communications 🗒 Requirements: Must-have: - Exceptional written English - Experience in payments - Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple language - Strong interviewing and research skills - Excellent attention to detail - Comfortable working with Product, Development, and Marketing teams - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ✍️ What You’ll Create: - Product launch announcements - Feature release articles - Blog posts - Product and landing pages - LinkedIn product content - Product brochures - Client guides - Case studies - Product messaging and positioning 🎁 What We Offer: - Growth in fintech in a no-bureaucracy culture where your ideas matter - Work equipment tailored to your needs: Mac, Windows, or Linux - Cozy Limassol office with coffee, snacks, drinks, PS5, and rooftop view - Private medical insurance after probation and additional benefits, including sport coverage - Wolt+ and lunch allowance - Full work-permit support
