Product & Project Manager

We are looking for a Product & Project Manager who can define product priorities and drive delivery from idea to release. What you’ll do: — Own the product roadmap and backlog — Turn business and user needs into clear requirements — Plan sprints, releases, and key milestones — Coordinate Development, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Support — Track deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies — Keep product and project documentation up to date — Monitor product performance and user feedback — Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope What we’re looking for: ✔️ 3+ years of experience in Product Management / Project Management ✔️ Experience with IT or digital products ✔️ Strong planning and coordination skills ✔️ Good understanding of Agile and software development ✔️ Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams ✔️ Fintech / SaaS / streaming experience is a plus ✔️ Fluent English ✔️ Russian is a plus
