Project Manager

Velmie is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a fintech project. Part-time (project-based work). Your responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining the project plan, including sprints, tasks, dependencies, and deadlines - Understanding business needs, analyzing use cases and development requirements - Proactive approach: clarifying details to fully understand requirements - Professionally representing Velmie's interests in client meetings - Coordinating the work of various company departments, maintaining communication with developers - Identifying risks and timeline issues, proposing corrective measures - Assisting in creating and updating project documentation Who we're looking for: - Experience working on fintech projects or digital banking projects — REQUIRED - Basic understanding of the development process - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint planning principles - Understanding of software development processes: frontend, backend, API, sprints, user stories - Basic understanding of financial systems (KYC, KYB, wallets, cards, compliance) - English level C1 (fluent in spoken and written communication) - Professionalism in client communication - Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and adapt to new information - Ability to organize work and prioritize when handling multiple tasks - Experience with Jira (preferred)
