Promotional Manager

We’re looking for someone who understands how promotions work in high-risk industries and knows how to turn ideas into engaging promotional mechanics. Your background will be especially relevant if you’ve worked in: 🎰 Gambling / iGaming 📈 Forex / CFD ₿ Crypto 💳 Payment companies / PSP 🛒 E-commerce What you’ll be doing: — Planning and launching promotional campaigns end-to-end — Working with bonuses, contests, promo codes and gamification — Coordinating promotional & branded materials — Collaborating with Marketing, BD, Design and Development teams — Analyzing competitors and testing new promotional mechanics — Supporting local events and partner promotions 📍 Remote position 🌍 We’re specifically looking for candidates based in Europe 💬 English — Intermediate+ 💼 1+ year of experience in promotions, CRM marketing or campaign management If you have experience in a high-risk environment and want to shape the promotional direction of an international trading company — we’d love to hear from you!
