PSP Operations Coordinator

About the company We are an international fintech company developing modern payment solutions for businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a strong Payments / PSP professional to join our team and take ownership of relationships with existing payment partners. What you’ll do: • Manage and develop relationships with existing PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners • Act as the main point of contact for partners after onboarding and integration • Coordinate operational, financial, and technical topics with internal teams • Handle partner issues and find practical solutions • Work on improving commercial conditions, fees, pricing, and adding new payment methods • Collaborate closely with PSP / Account Managers What we’re looking for: • 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Payments / PSP / FinTech / Acquiring / Gambling / Betting • Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, aggregators, or banks • Good understanding of card payments, e-commerce payments, integrations, and commercial fees • Experience with European / CIS / Tier-1 markets; LATAM is a plus • Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills • Proactive mindset — someone who looks for solutions instead of stopping at “no” • English B1+; Russian is a strong advantage 📍 Location: Cyprus preferred 💼 Level: Middle 💰 Compensation: Fixed salary + potential performance-based bonuses
