Python Developer

TECH STACK: Python 3.11+ (asyncio, Pydantic v2), Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain high‑load backend services using Python (asyncio); design, support, and optimize microservice architecture components; participate in architectural discussions and technical decision‑making; implement integrations with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and internal RPC services; refactor and improve existing services with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance; write functional and integration tests; collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and product teams. REQUIREMENTS: Python 3.11, 5+ years professional experience; strong hands‑on experience with asyncio (3+ years preferred); experience in microservice architecture (REST API, RPC); strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures; good understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles; experience designing internal libraries/SDKs/shared components; Pydantic v2; hands‑on experience with stream processing; solid understanding of RPC; Kafka (consumer groups, delivery guarantees, schema design, partitioning strategies); RabbitMQ (RPC, pub/sub, DLX, retries); MongoDB (indexes, configs, transactions). NICE TO HAVE: Experience in fintech, betting, trading domains; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL (Ariadne), ClickHouse; CI/CD setup experience.
