Quality Control Specialist

📍 Location: Limassol | On-site ⚡️ paytech is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Payments Department and ensure payment methods and integrations meet business and technical standards before and after launch. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: — Test Cards, APMs, and Open Banking payment flows end-to-end — Monitor approval rates, conversion, and transaction anomalies — Compare payment method performance across providers and GEOs — Validate flows after integrations and configuration changes — Control readiness for go-live and monitor initial performance — Investigate declines, errors, and unstable payment behaviour — Document results and recommend improvements — Work closely with Payments, Integration, and Analytics teams 🗒 Requirements: — 1–3 years of experience in QA, payments operations, fintech, or similar — Understanding of payment flows — Strong analytical skills and attention to detail — Familiarity with PSP dashboards, back-office systems, Postman, JIRA, or Asana — Excel and basic payment metrics analysis — English Upper-Intermediate or higher — Strong ownership and communication skills Nice to have: — Russian language — SQL basics — Experience with fraud systems, error-code mapping, or QA automation 🎁 What We Offer: — Deep involvement in core payment infrastructure — Work with multiple providers, payment methods, and GEOs — Close collaboration with Payments, Integration, and Analytics teams — Private medical insurance after probation — Partial sport coverage and lunch allowance — Full work-permit support
