Quality Control Specialist

paytech is looking for a Quality Control Specialist in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company that is transforming the way online payments work. We offer a high level of autonomy and plenty of opportunities for professional growth. What you’ll do: Perform end-to-end testing and quality control of payment methods before and after launch. What we expect from the candidate: 3+ years of experience in QA or QC within the payments industry or related fintech sectors; Understanding of payment flows (cards, APMs, open banking, crypto); Basic knowledge of PSP dashboards, back-office systems, or QA tools (Postman, JIRA, Asana); Strong Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools (AR% analysis, decline reason analysis); Fluent Russian, English level B1+.
