Reconciliation Specialist

Join FYST and work hands-on with payment flows, card transactions, acquiring, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks across our payment infrastructure. Who we're looking for: • 2+ years of experience in Reconciliation within Payments / Fintech / Banking or other industry • Experience reconciling data across payment providers, banks, and internal systems • Understanding of acquiring, chargebacks, payment infrastructure, and cash flows • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets What you'll be doing: • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation • Match transaction data between internal systems, payment providers, and bank statements • Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies • Prepare financial reports based on reconciliation results • Participate in automation and optimization of reconciliation processes What we offer: • Competitive compensation • Opportunity to work with complex payment flows and large transaction volumes • A strong fintech environment with plenty of room to grow and make an impact
