🚀 Recruiter | Remote HR InX is an international recruitment agency specializing in iGaming and High-Risk industries. We work with fast-growing companies worldwide and are now looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. What you’ll do: • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from search strategy to successful placement • Work on complex Senior / Lead / C-level roles • Source and deeply assess candidates, including their experience, competencies, and motivation • Work directly with international clients: conduct briefs, define candidate profiles, and advise on hiring strategy • Manage and analyze recruitment funnels and improve processes based on data • Test new sourcing tools, channels, and approaches • Maintain candidate pipelines in Huntflow and contribute to our Notion knowledge base What we’re looking for: • Recruitment experience in iGaming / High-Risk is a must • Proven experience closing Senior / Lead / C-level positions independently • English B2+ — you’ll communicate with international candidates and clients • Active LinkedIn profile and strong sourcing skills • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Experience working directly with hiring managers / clients • Analytical and data-driven mindset • High level of autonomy and ownership What we offer: 🕙 Working hours: 10:00–19:00 GMT+3 ⚡ Flexibility and autonomy 📈 Challenging international projects and professional growth in High-Risk recruitment
