Recruiter

We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter who thrives on the chase to help scale our fintech team from our Limassol office. Key Responsibilities: • Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring plans • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound channels • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and build talent pipelines • Negotiate offers, close top candidates, and track recruitment metrics Requirements: • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fintech, tech, or startups • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) • Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol Perks: Standard office hours (9:00–18:00), 22 days paid vacation, and career growth.
