Recruiter

APERCON is expanding its team and looking for a Recruiter who wants to grow in executive search and the iGaming industry. We are open to candidates with experience in iGaming or within large international companies with established corporate structures and large-scale teams. We are also happy to consider motivated recruiters who are eager to learn, develop their expertise, and see recruitment as their long-term career path. Requirements: – 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in iGaming or large international companies – Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong motivation to learn and grow in recruitment – Hands-on experience with modern sourcing and candidate assessment tools – Strong self-organization and the ability to manage multiple projects – Accountability, sound decision-making, and strong communication skills – Result-oriented mindset and a strong desire for professional growth For us, years of experience are not the only factor.
