Retention Operator

An international iGaming company is looking for a Retention Operator to work with existing players. Responsibilities: • Outbound calls to existing players • Communication via WhatsApp, Telegram and email • Presenting bonuses and promotions • Handling objections • Working with CRM • Meeting KPI targets Requirements: • Native Finish or English or Spanish or Portuguese — mandatory • Conversational English • 1+ year of experience in retention or sales • iGaming experience is a plus We offer: • Office-based work in Valencia • Fixed salary + bonuses • Working hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00-20:00/21:00 • Training and career growth Please apply only if you are a native speaker (Finish/En/Es/Pt) and are based in / willing to work from Valencia
