Robotics Engineering Lead

We’re looking for a Robotics Engineering Lead to drive automation of manufacturing processes, including cobots, AMRs, assembly, material handling, and testing. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of industrial automation/robotics experience in manufacturing • Experience with collaborative robots (Universal Robots or similar) • Experience with AMRs and factory material-handling automation • Strong software + mechanical engineering skills • ROS / ROS 2 and robot simulation/digital-twin experience • Experience with machine vision and robotic applications • CAD experience with Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar • Knowledge of robotic safety standards and risk assessment • Experience in electronics or precision manufacturing preferred
