Rust Engineer

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe's experience in global payments and Paradigm's expertise in crypto tech. ☑️ Responsibilities -Design, develop and ship complex features, indexing on performance and benchmarking -Own development throughout the entire lifecycle, with a focus on deep collaboration, quick iteration cycles and incorporating stakeholder feedback ☑️ Qualifications -Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust -Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer, as well as reth and consensus mechanisms; hands-on experience working across the entire Ethereum stack is ideal -Self-motivated and independent, excited by ambiguity and opportunities to develop concrete solutions to nebulous problems -Collaborative and an exceptional communicator
