Senior AI / GenAI & Agentic Engineer

We are expanding our team and looking for a strong Senior GenAI Engineer to design and build production-grade multi-agent systems and enterprise RAG architectures. If you focus on reliable orchestration, context engineering, and evals rather than just building simple prompt wrappers — this role is for you! What you’ll be doing: Designing and implementing multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Building scalable RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and optimizing context delivery. Developing production-ready AI microservices in Python (FastAPI) and deploying them to the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP). Setting up automated evaluation pipelines and tracing/observability (Evals, Langfuse, Arize). What we’re looking for: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML / Software Engineering. Strong production experience with LangGraph, MCP, RAG, and vector databases. Proficiency in Python / FastAPI and cloud infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP). Pragmatic delivery mindset: focus on maintainability, latency, and measurable business impact. Fluent German (C1/C2) is required. English is a plus.
