Senior AI-Native Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with a deep AI-native background to build and scale high-performance applications, automate core business processes, and lead technical decisions. Required Skills & Tech Stack • Core Stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Node.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EKS), RBAC design, REST APIs • Hands-on AI-Native Engineering: Commercial experience building end-to-end AI applications, including: • AI Agents & Agentic Workflows • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) & Prompt Engineering • MCP (Model Context Protocol) & LLM Applications • AI Evaluation Frameworks Responsibilities • Automate core business processes and design scalable production systems • Develop and enhance key product features, including automated document generation and RBAC access management • Integrate external HR systems and e-signature solutions • Build, evaluate, and maintain AI-native workflows and agentic solutions • Work directly with business stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions without micromanagement
