Senior Backend Engineer

Zerion's backend team builds and evolves the systems at the core of its products and customer-facing solutions (Zerion API — trusted by 50+ crypto and fintech brands; Zerion Wallet — 1.7M+ active funded wallets). AI is a core part of how the team works day to day. ☑️ Чем предстоит заниматься -Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems powering platform and product capabilities -Own backend services end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to monitoring and long-term reliability -Work closely with product and engineering peers to actively shape product decisions -Scope solutions with the clients building on the API: turn a vague request into a concrete proposal and a plan -Build and evolve Web3 platform backend components: protocol integrations, support for newly emerging blockchain networks, reliable smart-contract interactions -Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and observability -Use AI as a core part of the engineering workflow (design, review, debug, ship) ☑️ Наши пожелания к кандидатам -5+ years designing and building distributed backend systems -Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns -Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; strong ownership mindset -Hands-on daily use of AI in engineering work -High standards for code quality, system reliability, and UX -Golang is a plus, not a blocker; Docker & Kubernetes; SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra); monitoring (Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana); AWS; Python 3 -Bonus: hands-on Web3 experience (blockchain systems, dApps, smart contracts)
