Senior ML Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join Sweed and help us build the next generation of recommendation and personalization systems across our eCommerce ecosystem. What we’re looking for: 🔹5+ years of production ML / Machine Learning Engineering experience. 🔹Strong commercial experience with recommendation systems. 🔹Strong Python and SQL skills. 🔹Experience with ranking, retrieval, candidate generation, collaborative filtering, embeddings, or learning-to-rank. 🔹Experience taking ML solutions through the full lifecycle: experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. 🔹Understanding of offline ML metrics, online product metrics, and A/B testing. 🔹Experience building production inference services or ML APIs. 🔹Strong ownership, product thinking, and ability to work independently. What you’ll work on: 🔹Product recommendations and customer-level personalization. 🔹Personalized ranking, feeds, carousels, and content selection. 🔹AI-powered product search and conversational shopping. 🔹Customer behavior and demand forecasting. 🔹ML infrastructure, feature pipelines, experimentation, and monitoring.
