Senior Product Designer

Hi there! We’re Sweed, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one retail technology platform. We bring together POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, Inventory Management and more into one connected ecosystem — helping businesses simplify complex retail operations and create better customer experiences. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our distributed design team and work on some genuinely complex product challenges. What you’ll work on: You’ll design across: eCommerce Web & App, POS and checkout experiences, Self-order kiosks, Customer-facing screens, In-store digital experiences, Analytics and operational tools. You’ll work on complex user flows, information architecture, legacy product improvements and new features — while using research, product data and AI to make better decisions. We’re also big on vibe-coding: turning ideas into clickable prototypes and working products instead of stopping at static Figma screens. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of Product Design experience, Strong portfolio with complex eCommerce / customer-facing products, Strong UX & Information Architecture skills, Experience with research, interviews and surveys, Figma + responsive design + design systems, AI-fluent approach to the design process, Basic HTML/CSS, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Upper-Intermediate+ English, Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment. Experience with eCommerce, Fintech, analytics platforms or AI-driven products is a plus.
