Senior Product Manager (AI Receptionist)

Want to own an AI product that helps thousands of patients access mental healthcare? MEDvidi, an AI-powered mental healthcare platform serving patients in the US, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our AI Receptionist team. Our conversational AI agents support patients across voice and chat, helping with appointments, payments, prescription-related questions, and their care journey. Connected to real backend systems, they deliver context-aware assistance and take action. You'll own a strategic AI product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and business outcomes. Working closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams, you'll shape AI behavior in production, run experiments, and improve product quality, safety, and reliability. We're looking for: - 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML products to production - End-to-end product ownership with measurable business impact - Strong understanding of prompting, AI evaluation, failure modes, and continuous quality improvement - Experience validating hypotheses, running experiments, and making data-informed decisions - Strong analytical skills, prioritization, and stakeholder management - Confidence discussing technical implementation with Engineering teams - Professional proficiency in Russian and English, including experience communicating with native speakers - CET/CEST-overlapping availability - Readiness for long-term B2B collaboration using personal equipment Experience in healthcare, operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization is a plus.
