Senior Product Owner

International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Senior Product Owner to own the direction of our Trading product line and shape products across CFD, FX, equities, crypto and options. What you’ll be doing: • Owning the product backlog end-to-end — from idea to post-release analysis • Prioritising features based on data and measurable impact • Designing experiments, running A/B tests and analysing results • Working hands-on with trading mechanics: leverage, margin, stop-out, execution and expirations • Shaping the roadmap across regulated and offshore environments What’s important: • 3+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in trading, brokerage or fintech • Deep understanding of trading instruments and their mechanics • Experience working with user funds and financial products • Ability to independently analyse product data using SQL or BI tools • Hands-on A/B testing experience and a strong data-driven mindset • Fluent Russian and B2+ English Nice to have: • Experience with MT5 or proprietary trading platforms • Experience working in a regulated environment • Experience launching a new product or financial instrument from scratch
