Senior Risk Manager

APERCON is looking for a Risk Manager / Senior Risk Manager for an international iGaming FinTech project. The role focuses on operational, financial, and counterparty risk management, overseeing PSPs, liquidity, FX, and cross-border exposure across European and Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage operational, financial, liquidity, and FX risks in high-risk payments. Monitor balances, exposure, and financial stability of banks, PSPs, and gateways. Align risk management with European and international regulations (PSD2/PSD3). Requirements: 3+ years in Risk Management (iGaming, high-risk payments, FinTech, PSP, acquiring). Deep understanding of payment processing, APMs, Visa/Mastercard, and cross-border settlements. Exposure to European and/or APAC markets is a strong advantage. Knowledge of PSD2/PSD3 and EBA guidelines is a plus. English — Upper-Intermediate+, Russian — Fluent. Advanced Excel; SQL or AI tools are a plus.
