Senior Sourcer

We are looking for a Senior Sourcer. What you’ll be doing: — sourcing candidates for senior and hard-to-fill positions; — focusing on non-tech roles across different business functions; — building and developing talent pools and working with passive candidates; — conducting market mapping and talent market analysis; — using LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional communities, referrals, and other sourcing tools; — developing and testing different sourcing strategies depending on the role and market; — working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. What we’re looking for: — 3+ years of experience in sourcing; — experience sourcing non-tech professionals; — experience working on Head searches; — strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing channels; — ability to independently manage complex searches with minimal supervision; — Ukrainian language is required; — English — B1 or higher; — curiosity about the talent market and a willingness to constantly test new sourcing approaches.
