SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement SEO strategy for target GEOs - Lead the SEO team, set priorities, and control results - Manage on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO - Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and key SEO metrics - Conduct competitor and SERP analysis - Prepare SEO tasks for developers and content teams - Manage internal linking, website structure, and technical SEO improvements - Oversee link-building and backlink quality - Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog - Prepare SEO reports and present results to management - Improve and automate SEO processes using AI tools Requirements: - 3+ years of SEO experience - Experience as Senior SEO / SEO Team Lead / SEO Manager - Experience managing a team or SEO projects - Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO - Experience with keyword research and content optimization - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console - Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools - Experience with WordPress or similar CMS - Understanding of link building and backlink analysis - Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable SEO tasks - Experience in iGaming or other competitive niches will be a plus What we offer: - Remote work format - Competitive compensation and performance bonuses - Opportunity to lead and scale SEO direction - International iGaming company - Career growth opportunities
