Специалист технической поддержки / IT Support Engineer

INEX Group is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join our team in Paphos. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT support with maintaining the smart office systems used across our workplaces. What you’ll do: Set up and support laptops, workstations, software and user accounts; Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues; Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments; Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, face recognition and video conferencing systems; Provide onsite and remote support to employees; Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed. What we’re looking for: Experience with Windows administration and computer hardware; Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi); Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach; English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage; Driving licence and own car are desirable; Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
