Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform)

Phantom is building the modern money app designed for mass adoption — a platform used by millions of people, setting a new standard for simplicity, design, and usability in crypto. ☑️ What the job involves -Release Automation: automate release tasks, including building binaries and app store submissions (iOS, Android, Chrome) -E2E Test Automation: oversee the automation of e2e tests with Maestro and Playwright -CI/CD Optimization: enhance pipeline performance and reliability to support rapid releases -Collaborative Development: work closely with product teams to optimize testing and release processes ☑️ Who you are -8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Systems Engineering, or a related role, at senior/staff level -Strong experience with AWS, GitHub or GitLab CI/CD tools -Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi), Kubernetes -Nice-to-have: blockchain/crypto experience
