Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager

Due to growth on an existing client partnership, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager to take ownership of hiring across the US and Europe! This isn't a single-market role. You'll be running full-spectrum hiring, from high-volume seasonal warehouse hiring, to business support roles across Finance, Marketing, HR and Sales, right through to Head of/Director-level search - across Europe and the US East Coast. If you've got hiring experience in Logistics or Manufacturing and have worked across both US and European markets, this is built for you and i'd love to speak! Remote from the UK, working US East Coast hours to stay aligned with the team.
