Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for a strong Talent Acquisition leader who will drive team performance, build scalable recruitment processes, and act as a strategic partner to the business. What you’ll do: • Lead and develop a team of 5+ recruiters: hiring, coaching, 1:1s, and performance development • Build and optimize recruitment processes and sourcing strategies • Partner with the business on hiring plans and recruitment priorities • Lead both high-volume hiring and complex Head / C-level searches • Develop market mapping, new sourcing channels, referrals, and internal mobility • Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on talent strategy and market insights • Contribute to employer brand development What we’re looking for: — 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in a TA Team Lead / leadership role — Experience managing a team of 5+ people — Experience with Head / C-level positions — Experience with high-volume hiring is a plus — Strong experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes — Strong analytical and business partnering skills — English (B2+), Ukrainian (Fluent) — Proactive, structured, and results-oriented leadership style What you can expect: • Corporate equipment • Paid vacation, sick leave, personal days, and additional days off • Internal training, support for external education, and opportunities to attend global industry conferences • Internal and external company events and activities • Medical insurance
