TechOps SAAS Engineer

Vacancy: TechOps SAAS Engineer (Middle+) We’re looking for a proactive TechOps SAAS specialist who enjoys solving complex issues and uses AI as a daily tool. Location: Remote (preferably close to GMT+5 - GMT+8 timezone) Team language: English Key Responsibilities: • Resolve customer technical issues end-to‑to‑end (Helpdesk + Slack) within SLA • Conduct root cause analysis with Grafana, Datadog (logs, metrics, traces) • Build monitoring dashboards and proactive alerts • Write Python scripts for automation and bulk operations • Actively use AI (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate troubleshooting Must‑have: • Strong daily experience with LLMs and prompt engineering • Hands‑on with Grafana/Datadog (building dashboards & alerts) • Python scripting + solid understanding of distributed systems • 2+ years in TechOps/Technical Support (FinTech/Forex/Crypto is a plus) • Excellent English (C1+) If you’re a technically curious problem‑solver who enjoys fast‑paced environments and wants to work with modern AI tools in a real FinTech product - send your CV:
