Trade Operations & Finance Specialist

International commodity trading company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist to support traders with the operational and financial side of physical commodity transactions. Key responsibilities: ✔️Day-to-day support of traders and trade execution ✔️Preparing and controlling invoices and trade documentation ✔️Coordinating settlements and payments ✔️Trade and counterparty reconciliations ✔️Monitoring receivables, payables and outstanding items ✔️Maintaining accurate financial records related to trading transactions ✔️Working closely with traders, operations, finance and treasury What we’re looking for: ✔️Experience in supporting function of commodity trading, trade operations or hands-on trading accounting (invoicing, payments, settlements, reconciliations) / financial administration of physical commodity trades. ✔️Good understanding of the financial side of physical commodity transactions ✔️Strong numerical skills and attention to detail ✔️Fluent Russian is mandatory, good English ✔️Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment Official UAE employment + medical insurance
