Tribe Product Lead

What We’re Looking For • 5-7 years of experience as a Group Product Manager/Product Lead within product teams; • Hands-on experience with the Seller-facing side of a marketplace or e-commerce • Fluent English and Russian; • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and processes; • Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others. Areas of Responsibility & Scope • Contributes to the development of the company strategy by aligning with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Develops and advocates for the Tribe’s product strategy in line with the overall business strategy. • Owns the P&L of the Tribe’s product area and is accountable for key business, product, and financial metrics. • Translates the Tribe’s product strategy and goals into clear priorities for product and cross-functional teams, ensuring a shared understanding, outcome orientation, and backlog transparency. • Owns the development of the Tribe’s product and product landscape, managing the Product Backlog and ensuring prioritization based on business value. • Establishes and supports effective Product Discovery and Delivery processes across the Tribe.
